1. Acceptance of Terms

Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or bonuses within those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

7uc77 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures at any time, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or when required for regulatory or fraud prevention purposes. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7uc77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 7uc77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 7uc77 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access if such access was made possible by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

7uc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, used the Platform for unlawful purposes, or created multiple accounts. In such cases, 7uc77 may withhold or forfeit any funds in your account, subject to applicable law.

3.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, you may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Once approved, withdrawals are typically processed within 12-24 hours. 4.4 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

Before you can withdraw deposited funds, you must meet a minimum wagering requirement of 1x the deposit amount on eligible games. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of fraudulent behavior, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure. 7uc77's decision in such matters is final.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the 7uc77 Platform are considered final and binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your bet (including stake amount, odds, and market selection) are correct before confirming the bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in cases where the bet is voided due to technical error or event cancellation.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of abandoned or postponed matches, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on the sport and market. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final. 7uc77 reserves the right to void bets placed on outcomes already known at the time of bet placement (late bets).

6.3 Maximum Payouts

The maximum payout on any single bet is ৳5,000,000 (five million Bangladeshi Taka). The maximum payout on any single sports event across all bet types is ৳10,000,000 (ten million Bangladeshi Taka). These limits may be lower for specific bet types or markets as indicated on the Platform.

6.4 Errors and Disputes

In the event of an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, incorrect result posted), 7uc77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised within 14 days of the bet being settled. All disputes will be investigated by 7uc77 management, and our decision is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7uc77 Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to other individuals
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place bets
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or other forms of cheating
• Using stolen payment methods or engaging in payment fraud
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or terrorist financing
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 7uc77 staff

The 7uc77 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 7uc77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 7uc77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7uc77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 7uc77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7uc77 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service providers, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

You acknowledge that online betting involves risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your betting activity.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
